 | Bill's undergraduate work was concluded at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, where he was living at the time while working for a fortune 500 company. He received his masters degree (MBA) from the University of Northern Colorado in 1979, and passed the CPA Exam at his first sitting. After graduation from UNC, Bill started work for the Firm, starting on April Fools Day, 1979!

 | Steve graduated from the University of Utah with an accounting degree in 1970 and moved to Southern California to practice as a CPA where he worked for several international accounting firms specializing in tax matters for a wide variety of both large and small business and professional clients. He moved to Colorado in 1984, bringing his big-city skills to his closely-held, family business clients in Boulder, while maintaining many long-time client relationships around the country.
